Descripción: Scientific assessment is a controversial topic subject to official scales observed in ISI's Citaion Reports but also in other repertories and assessment systems. On the other hand, different Spanish assessment Agencies have implemented a diversity of ways of assessment. Besides, the scientific panorama has been modified by the scientific assessment of electronic papers open access and the new electronic rankings.
